We want you to be happy with our services and products and stand behind our quality and customer service. If you have any questions or concerns about your visit, please contact us as soon as possible at 407-622-1999.

CARA Cosmetics Product Sales are final. However, if you received a defective product or have any allergic reaction contact us immediately and we will try our best to rectify the situation. Returns may be conditioned based on any product defects or any allergic reactions or sensitivity. Products returned must contain at least 75% of the contents to receive a store credit.

CARA Cosmetics Products:

Limited Warranty/No Representations: CARA Cosmetics shall not be subject to any consequential, incidental, indirect, or contingent damages whatsoever with respect to claims made by a CARA Representative or reseller of the Products. The maximum amount for which CARA Cosmetics shall be liable to any person or entity with respect to defective Products is expressly limited to the aggregate value of the defective Products determined by the price paid by the claimant and evidenced by appropriate documentation. This express written warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties whatsoever, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
