Arriving for your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your Studio CARA experience. In order to reserve your scheduled appointment, we require a valid credit card number at the time of booking. Bridal Services and bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in full charges for the scheduled service. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment or the rescheduling of your appointment (charges will apply).

Studio CARA Attire

Studio CARA will provide you with a robe for your comfort. You are discreetly covered with a modesty drape throughout your facial and body treatment. Please remove the jewelry and store it in a secure place. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.

Studio CARA Environment

At Studio CARA, we strive to provide you with the most relaxing and soothing spa experience from the moment that you arrive to the moment that you leave. For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your cell phone. If you have any sensitivities, or medical conditions, we suggest that you discuss them privately with your technician prior to your service. If you are pregnant, we recommend approval from your doctor before scheduling services.

So that all our clients may enjoy a peaceful relaxing environment, the spa is reserved for adults. No children under the age of eighteen are allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.

Gratuities

Gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in gift certificate prices unless otherwise indicated.

Waxing Protocol

Please inform your esthetician if you are using any products containing Retin-A, Retinol, Glycolic, Accutane, and other topical solutions prescribed by your dermatologist. All prices are subject to change.
